At Villa Searcher we work with professional management companies from across Europe to give you a great selection of holiday rental properties.
After you have made your booking the details of the management company who look after your chosen property are given to you and your details and deposit are forwarded onto them, the 20% deposit is non-refundable, however if there is a problem with the booking that is not your fault you will be refunded 100% of what you have paid. How to pay the remainder of the booking is shown on the property's details page.
The management company will contact your shortly after your booking and will assist you in all ways possible to help with any queries you have before arriving, making sure things are perfect from your first day in the property. They will provide you with essential local information and help with things you need and would like while you are on your trip, they will ensure that both you and your property are looked after.
