Q. Do I pay for more for using Villa Searcher?

No, you pay no more for using Villa Searcher than if you had booked directly with the company.
Q. What happens after I've booked my villa and paid my deposit to Villa Searcher?
A.
After paying your deposit, your booking and deposit will go through to the property management company that looks after the property, you will be given their contact details and they will be given yours, they will contact you and look after all your needs from there.
Q. How do I settle the remainder of the payment?

Details on how the remainder of the payment is to be settled are on the property's information page, so you will know before you pay the deposit.
Q. Is Villa Searcher a travel company?

No, Villa Searcher is simply a booking agent for holiday property management companies.
Q. Does Villa Searcher co-operate with individual property owners?
A.
No, all of Villa Searcher's properties are managed by professional companies
Q. Is my deposit refundable?
A.
Your deposit is not refundable if you change your mind on wanting to stay in the property, but if there is a problem with your booking that is not your fault all of your deposit will be refunded to you.
