Property Management Company means the company or companies which manage the properties advertised on this website.

You/Your means you the customer

When you book a property through this website, you are not entering into a contract with us. We act as an agent for the property management companies and any contract for the hire or rental of any property listed on this website will between you and the property management company.

All properties are advertised "subject to availability". We and the property management company shall do our best to ensure that the availability of the properties is kept up to date. However, we cannot confirm your booking immediately. Your details will be passed to the property management company to check availability. The property management company will send an email to you within 48 hours of receipt of your booking request confirming availability.

In order to make a booking via this website, you are obliged to pay a deposit equal to 20% of the total booking price of your property. We will hold the deposit for a period 48 hours before sending this to the property management company. Within 48 hours the property management company should email you to confirm the booking or to say that the property is no longer available. If the property management company sends you an email within 48 hours of receiving the booking request confirming the property is not available, we will refund your deposit to you. If the property management company sends you an email more than 48 hours after receiving the booking request confirming that the property is not available, the property management company will be responsible for refunding the deposit to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, upload, distribute or transmit any content from this website in any form whatsoever.

We will store the information you give us about you (your data), so that we can administer your booking. We do not use "cookies" to store your information on our site. This means you will need to input your details each time you enter the site or make a booking. We will not send your data outside the EEA for processing. We will pass your data to the property management company when you make the booking. The property management company will tell you how they will use your data.

We will not pass your data to any third parties in order that they may send marketing literature to you. However, we may like to keep you informed of special offers and other information about the site. We will give you an opportunity to confirm whether or not you would like to receive such information.

In no event will we or the directors of the company be liable for any losses (whether direct or indirect) arising out of your use of this site and any transaction between you and us. We warrant that the information provided on the site is provided with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not responsible for the content of the site and/or the descriptions of the properties. If you have a dispute in relation to a property booked through the site, you should raise the dispute with the property management company and not us.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and both parties agree to submit tot he exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
